Depends
on the design and annual usage, tooling cost is around
US$2,000 to US$4,000.

Why the button is melted after the wave soldering
process ?
Your soldering temperature is too high. Please check the
temperature inside the soldering chamber at the same height
of the buttons. The temperature should not be higher than
the material's softening point. If the problem can't be
solved by reducing soldering temperature, we may need
to consider to use a higher temperature grade plastic
material.

What is the flammability of the plastic material
?
Usually
all plastic materials for the Toneluck switch buttons
are UL94 graded materials. UL94HB is common, however,
UL94V0 grade is also available upon request.
