What is the usual shipment terms of Toneluck
?
Usually
we quote customer price in FOB Hong Kong terms. However,
we can also quote price in CIF terms on your request.

How
long it takes to ship the goods from Hong Kong to USA/Europe
?
It
takes about 2~3 days if the goods are sent by AIR while
3~4 weeks are required if shipped by SEA/BOAT. We need
to pay attention that another 1~2 days are required for
customs.

Can
inventory buffers be built for my order ?
Yes,
if you can provide us with forecast information. We can
reserve production capacity and prepare raw materials
for your orders. If you need Toneluck to build up finished
goods stocks or inventory buffers in your factory through
VMI program, please discuss with your sales rep or account
manager.

What
is VMI Program ?
VMI
stands for "Vendor Managed Inventory". In this
program, Toneluck builds up the buffer stocks in customer's
warehouse and/or factory. Customer draws the requested
items and quantity upon production line demands. Toneluck
issues invoice to customer only after the parts are used.
Toneluck will monitor and manage the inventory level in
a certain level agreed by both sides.
