Toneluck's
mold shop is equipped with high precision tools which
are originally for making precision switches. Therefore,
we are experienced and have the capability of making small
and high precision control parts for customers. Most of
our molding businesses are from automotive industry.

owns the molds ?
If
it is a custom-made project and customer fully paid the
mold charge, customer own the molds.

What
is the general life cycles of your molds ?
Usually
we will guarantee a minimum 1 million shots for all molds
made in Toneluck.

What
kind of injection machines are used in Toneluck ?
Our
injection machines range from 25 tons to 125 tons. All
injection machines are imported from Europe at the moment.
Inserted molds and hot-runner systems are available also.
