ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

In order to be a responsible organization, not only to our staffs and shareholders, but also to the general public, Toneluck starts the Green Partner Program in June 2003. We target to eliminate all identified hazardous materials from our components and assemblies products, product packaging and the whole supply chain processes by the end of 2004. Our Huizhou factory campus was ISO-14000 accredited on 6th Dec 2004.

GREEN TEST

This is first step of our program. A functional team formed by QA/QE, Purchasing and Design Engineers will evaluate and test our existing products for hazardous materials according to WEEE, ROHS directives and the specific requirements of our customers. Cadmium and cadmium compounds are eliminated from the outer plastic resins of all our products. Lead will not be allowed in any Toneluck products as well.

GREEN PARTNER

Current suppliers on Toneluck's AVL is requested to be compliance with strict environmental conditions based on our Green Partner Standards by June 2004. New suppliers have to meet our Green Partner Standards before they can be listed on our AVL.

Environmental Protection is not a single project, Toneluck is dedicated for continuous improvement in this aspect as well as our products. Toneluck encourage all our partners to do the same for a better world for our next generations.
